Steve King has been helping clients buy and sell property since obtaining his Real Estate Licence over 12 years ago, having previously worked with major Auckland developers marketing and selling residential projects.

After completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canterbury, Steve held senior marketing roles in the building industry before establishing his own construction company and developing property through Auckland’s eastern suburbs and central Otago. Having lived in St Heliers for nearly 30 years, he combines extensive property knowledge with strong local insight and practical experience.

Known for his straightforward approach, professionalism, and commitment to achieving the best results, Steve works with both homeowners and investors across Auckland.

Outside of real estate, Steve is married to Mary, who works as cabin crew for Qantas. Their son Rory is based in London, while their daughter Stella owns her own cake business, From Sugar, in Mt Wellington.
