Hi – I’m Patrick Stegeman – aka the Super Agent of Ray White Bayfair in Tauranga – centre hub of the beautiful Bay of Plenty.

There are always many parts that make up a person. In your life there’s your family, your work, your interests, your goals and dreams. They all play an equal part in making you who you are.
I’d like to share some of my parts so that you can get to know a little bit about me and if you see a professional fit then I’d welcome the opportunity to have a chat with you.

Sometimes I have to pinch myself!
My teenage years can really only be described as “irresponsible” (just ask my parents!), yet here I am today – living in the most beautiful part of the country (the world?), the proud father of seven beautiful children!
With a family the size that Esther and I have, teamwork and negotiation are essential. Especially when everyone wants different things (and teenagers always want different things, don’t they?).
I’ve moved from irresponsible teenager to university graduate (Bachelor of Commerce & Marketing) to proud husband and family man.
Like I said: sometimes I need to pinch myself!
Where did Super Agent come from?
Incorporating team work and negotiation into my real estate business is something I take for granted because I’ve been doing it for so long.
I know negotiation and team work achieve superior results – it’s what Esther and I use at home. Today I just naturally include it in my real estate business as well.

From irresponsible teenager to proud family and business man – this happened because of “community” – someone believed in me enough for me to believe in myself.
Today, I pray I may make a difference in other youngsters’ lives through the community work I do – in my local church and through my charity work with disadvantaged children.
Both are important to me and I’d welcome the opportunity to chat about these with you – perhaps over a coffee sometime…? Please let me know because I’m always up for raising the awareness of the various organisations I’m involved with.

I realised I loved real estate when I bought my first investment property, and although running a successful real estate business isn’t easy, neither does it feel like “work” because I love what I do!
This love and passion seems to get picked up by others because I’ve been told how excited the buyers of my clients’ properties get. The end result is that everyone feels like they’ve won which is fantastic: the purchasers can’t wait to take possession and the sellers are excited over the price they’ve achieved.
