Peter has been a Waikato local for nearly forty years, with a career to date ranging from music through hospitality to software / IT and property development. He has made the move into real estate to get out of the office and into the community.

Inspired by his work with the Cambridge Tree Trust, Peter has formed the  Only Planet Charitable Trust which he hopes will become a force for environmental good in the Cambridge area and beyond.

Peter has first-hand experience of green field subdivision, lifestyle block development, moving and renovating older buildings, commercial leasing, and the sale and purchase of a variety of commercial and residential properties.
