Simone works for award-winning Asset Property Care Ltd.  She is a positive, enthusiastic person with a passion for people and property. One of the highlights of my role is being able to match tenants to properties and landlords. She likes to give tenants a place to relax and call home, and take the stress of property management away from the landlord.

She believes that honest communication and genuine customer service is the key to building a strong working relationship with my clients, and a calm and confident manner also helps.

She loves living on the North Shore and enjoy the lifestyle that goes with it. When she's not at work, you can usually find her pottering around her garden or playing on the beach with her grandson. She also loves to spend time with her daughter, family and friends or travelling around New Zealand, taking in the beautiful sights, scenery and beaches. She has a trigger happy camera finger and enjoys taking photos everywhere she goes.
