I started off my working life at the family business importing, distributing and selling wholesale fruit and vegetables. It was during these long hours and early mornings that I learnt to appreciate hard work and the importance of offering a quality product backed up by an outstanding service. The restaurant and catering industry was highly demanding and fast paced so the transition to working in Real Estate in the UK was relatively easy. I was still dealing with a wide range of people from all different walks of life, and yes, my customers still expected hard work, a quality product and outstanding service!
My introduction to Real Estate was working for a busy office in Milton Keynes which was a new town situated north of London and had a population explosion during the 1990’s. It was here that I found my passion for selling homes and was proud to be crowned the Top UK Sales Negotiator in 2004 (1100 offices Nationwide) settling on over 100 house transactions in a 12 month period.
I started my Real Estate career a fresh in New Zealand working under Philip Hall as a buyer’s agent / PA. It was fascinating seeing the difference between the UK and NZ market and despite starting at the very low of the market in 2009 our success was consistent and I was proud to have worked under the Agent that finished No. 6 Top Sales Agent Nationwide in 2012 (over 1300 agents)
In April 2012 and with the blessing of Philip Hall I started to work independently and look forward to continuing my success working at the Ray White Ellerslie office. I take my role as a professional Real Estate Agent extremely seriously and am proud to have offered my services to the many people I have helped to buy and sell home’s in the past and looked forward to helping many more in the future.
