Started in the Real Estate industry in 2015, through the influence of my Grandfather who was a Principal of a Real Estate franchise in Perth, WA. I grew up in the central suburbs of Auckland, I love people and Property.

Caleb was born in Germany and moved to Auckland at the age of six. Before entering real estate, he spent 4.5 years playing professional football across Germany, Wellington, and Australia.

In October 2015, he began his real estate career, following in the footsteps of his late grandfather, who worked in the industry for more than 30 years in Perth, Australia. Since starting, Caleb has successfully marketed and sold 141 homes across Auckland, with sales ranging from $111,000 to the highest sale of $7,100,000, and an average sale price of $1,702,915.

On a personal note, Caleb married the love of his life, Sahara, who is originally from Central Otago, in January 2023. They welcomed their daughter, Zadie Joy Rufer, in 2025.

As of March 2026, Caleb and his family now call Lake Hayes Estate in Queenstown home. He is passionate about real estate and particularly enjoys meeting people and helping them achieve their property goals.
