25 March 2025 - 86 Haseler Crescent, Mellons Bay - Sold by Auction

The auction marketing campaign was a huge success, encouraging over 120 groups to view the property.

As a result, there were 7 Registered Bidders on auction day, with another 8 Interested Conditional Buyers, all interested in the property if the property did not sell at auction.

The auction generated competitive, transparent bidding, resulting in 40 bids, achieving an unconditional "Under the Hammer " sale at $1,831,000 - well in excess of the CV $1,575,000.

After calling 86 Haseler Crescent, Mellons Bay home for 37 years, the owners were delighted for the eventual  "winners" as they secured a much loved family home, within the popular Macleans School Zone. Selling unconditionaly on auction day, Lynne & Vince were then able to celebrate the  purchase of their new forever home the very next day!
