I work alongside my wife, Anna Manning, at Anna Manning Real Estate, operating under Ray White in Lower Hutt. Together, we bring more than 30 years of combined real estate experience to every client.
In addition to my role within Anna Manning Real Estate, I am the Branch Manager of Ray White Lower Hutt, where I lead and support a high-performing team of real estate professionals. My focus is on business development, coaching, operations, and creating an environment where both our agents and clients achieve exceptional results.
I have spent over a decade in sales management with Ray White, managing the Ray White Hutt City, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, and Kilbirnie offices for the Leaders Group. During that time, I oversaw more than 1,000 property transactions and led teams of up to 40 real estate professionals and administrative staff.
Before entering real estate, I built my career in luxury hospitality. After studying Hospitality Management at AUT, I spent more than a decade managing operations at some of the world’s leading hotels and resorts. My experience included helping relaunch the iconic Thames Foyer Afternoon Tea at The Savoy in London, which received the 2011 UK Tea Guild Award of Excellence, as well as leadership roles at Fairmont Banff Springs in Canada, Fairmont properties in Kenya and South Africa, and as Food & Beverage Manager at The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs, named Conde Nast Traveller’s World’s Best Resort in 2013.
Alongside my civilian career, I also served part-time in the NZ Army Reserve across two separate periods spanning 13 years in the infantry.
These experiences shaped my approach to leadership, service, systems, and client care. Today, I bring that same commitment to excellence to every client I work with at Anna Manning Real Estate while also leading the Ray White Lower Hutt team.
