Raised in Northland and the Far North, Channy enjoys the variety of people she comes into contact with on a daily basis and centres herself around culture, firmly believing that these elements give the local housing market an appeal like nowhere else. She says, “The Far North is a place of great potential for everyone."

She credits her previous experience in fast-paced customer service for her success.  Her incredible work ethic, drive to go above and beyond, as well as her ability to interact with people from all walks of life, means she makes connections easily with clients and colleagues alike.  Even under stressful circumstances, her caring manner serves as assurance that she will strive to achieve a successful result for everyone involved.

Channy recognises the value of the trust her clients place in her and intuitively understands that selling or buying a home is often a complex and deeply personal decision. There’s a lot at stake, both financially and personally, and it is this perspective that drives her to deliver results and exceed expectations every day.

She especially looks forward to helping first home buyers achieve their dream of home ownership and genuinely loves sharing in the joy and excitement with all sellers and buyers when the sale goes through. Solution-oriented, tenacious and with a can-do attitude, she’s definitely the salesperson you want on your side in any type of market.

Outside of work Channy is actively involved with JMB Rugby & Senior Netball, and a dedicated member of Waipapakauri Rugby & Netball club, having children currently playing the sport.  And any down-time is spent with family and friends enjoying the lifestyle our beautiful region has to offer.

Contact Channy today for an honest, friendly chat about your property goals and let her guide you every step of the way.
