I served as a New Zealand Police Officer for 22 years, the last 16 of which were as a member of the Diplomatic Protection Squad (DPS). DPS is responsible for the security of the NZ Prime Minister and other dignitaries as they carry out their duties both domestically and internationally. The Squad is also charged with looking after visiting guests of the NZ Government. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to mix with people at all levels, here in New Zealand and overseas. An injury prevented my continuation as a front-line officer, and I left the Police in October 2002.

Over the following six months I managed the renovation of our home in Karori Road where my partner, Bridie, and I have lived for the last six years. Project managing the various contractors and tradespersons was a great experience, and one that has certainly left me in no doubt about the challenges of home ownership!

I am a keen golfer but, with a handicap of 21, I won't be turning professional immediately! 

I hold fast to the belief that honesty is the single most important factor having a direct bearing on the final success of any individual or business. It is tremendous to be part of the successful Leaders team in Karori, and I bring with me a total dedication to helping people find what is right for them, whether buying or selling. I truly enjoy meeting people and look forward to helping all I come in contact with achieve their property goals.
