Tracey has 40 years of dedicated customer service and sales experience and is considered to be very much a “people person”.  Recognising that great customer service is paramount to the success of any financial transaction, Tracey aims to ensure that her clients and customers receive the utmost in respect, transparency, and honesty.

Communication is a strong focus of Tracey’s and she also believes in providing both the client and customer with as much information as possible to ensure the transaction is a smooth process. 

Tracey is very attentive to detail and will often spot the little things that are missed.  She is dedicated, trustworthy and always goes the extra mile.  Being resourceful, with an “outside the box” solution finding mindset, Tracey is also empathic and a great listener.

Tracey grew up in Hamilton and Cambridge, then moved to the Bay of Plenty in the early 2000’s with her two children, where she enjoyed her first stint in real estate and successfully sold the family home.   

Coming back to the Waikato in 2017, amazed by the exponential growth of the city and surrounding towns, Tracey is proud to call Hamilton her home.
