Allen has a background in accounting and economics. He was born in China, and moved to New Zealand at the age of thirteen, therefore speaking fluent Mandarin and English.

Having grown up in the area he has gained a significant amount of familiarity with the local community.

Allen is highly observant towards understanding and analysing people’s needs from a conversation, as he has a natural propensity for customer service and intuitively knows what type of property his clients are looking for, and he is passionate about helping people find their dream home or selling with the right timing.

It is fair to say that Allen is a humble person and is always striving for success. However, having said that, he always keeps Integrity deeply in his mind and considers it to be the most important quality a salesperson should possess.

He focuses on building long-term relationships, pursuing a high standard of service to his clients, and being responsible for every single word he says.
