Joanna arrived in New Zealand in 2013, and changes in the housing market sparked a keen interest in real estate that would only grow and develop. She achieved a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Auckland, and began to gain experience in stock trading: both of which helped her to gain important insight into the world of financial investment. Her background in finance and accounting makes her an excellent guide for potential clients and customers, and allows her a great deal of awareness around the current market, as well as allowing her to forecast future changes.
After two years’ experience working as an accountant at a property management company, Joanna decided to pursue her passion and become a property manager. During four years’ property management, she gained significant experience working with investment properties: she is skillful at communicating with landlords and tenants and learnt of the importance of the long-term relationship, as well as refining her problem-solving abilities. With sound and first-hand knowledge of tenancies and property management, she is the perfect person to help you buy and sell your investment properties. Joanna has personal knowledge of the property buying and selling process, and it took her a year to find her ideal home. She understands the deep importance of finding everyone their dream home, and she is dedicated to helping those in their pursuit – her personal motto is that “Everyone can find a suitable home, and every property has its suitable owner”.
In her free time, Joanna is an accomplished classical pianist, who knows the power of interest and persistence. She also loves to fish, and knows the best spots for good drinks and delicious food. Call her now for a cup of coffee, and a chat.
