Lu Yu - Ray White

Lu has been working in property management industry since 2014. She has 4 years' property management experience, and previously worked for Auckland Council in Building Control department and worked as a project admin/site coordinator for a construction company. Lu not only understands the needs of both landlords and tenants, and also possess building and construction knowledge.  Lu graduated from the University of Auckland with a Master of Commerce degree specialising in accounting. The business study background helps her put the landlords' best investment return in mind. Lu also gained a Level 4 Skills Property management certificate while working in the industry, which provides her a solid academic background of property management. Lu has developed strong problem solving skills and she believes effective communication with both tenants and landlords is the key to a successful relationship. Lu takes great pride in her work and she is willing to go the extra mile to complete tasks to the highest standard.
