Megan Watts - Ray White
I moved to Te Puke with my family in the early 1990’s where we operated the local BP service station on Jellicoe Street as well as operating a kiwifruit orchard on No. 2 Road. As a parent I was very active in supporting the local community here by way of sponsoring and supporting through our business the local kindergartens and primary school. I was instrumental in obtaining funds from BP Oil NZ Ltd to buy the local Papamoa Surf Club their first IRB’s. Something to date I am very proud of being involved with.
I have always enjoyed being an active person, it’s in my nature. I enjoy water sports, cycling, yoga and swimming and of late venturing daily up the Papamoa Hills.
My passion is to work efficiently for you in all aspects of the buying and selling process. I won’t let you down. Having either listed and or sold a number of diverse properties in my career as a real estate salesperson I understand the process can be scary … but we work as a team here at Ray White Te Puke and have a wealth of knowledge and vast experience on which we all draw on to get that sale 'over the line' or find you that perfect home. Our ultimate end result is to have happy vendors and happy buyers. Thinking 'outside the square' and being dedicated to my loyal customer base by providing 'real' service allows this goal to be achieveable.
Please call me anytime for a free appraisal.. without obligation. I am ready to go to work for you today
