About Peter:

Peters wealth of local knowledge and his strong affinity to the community makes him the obvious candidate when considering buying or selling in the Tutukaka region.

Peters successful real estate journey commenced in 2004, quickly gaining a solid reputation. First awarded the Company’s Coastal Salesperson of the Year in 2006 Peter has held the title ever since. In 2016 he attained Overall Salesperson of the Year for Ray White Whangarei and Tutukaka and he continues to grow his business and receive recognition for his dedication to coastal real estate and supreme service year after year.

Having owned property on the Tutukaka coast since 1985, Peter’s most memorable endeavours include establishing the world renowned Schnappa Rock Restaurant and Bar on the Tutukaka Marina in 1992, and being a founding member of the Tutukaka Coast Promotions Inc where he served as president for the first three years, playing a major role in developing Tutukaka as the Diving Capital of New Zealand. During this time they organised the purchase and dismantling of two large ex-navy ships and saw them successfully scuttled on our coast to create artificial reefs for all to enjoy. Today, he is still a strong supporter of any community initiatives and spends his free time fishing his favourite spots or travelling abroad to relax and recharge with family.

With a calm energy and personable manner, Peter has a natural ability to relate and connect well with people of all ages, cultures and backgrounds. He is relaxed and takes everything in his stride throughout negotiations, walking you through the most complex of sale with honesty and heart. About Murray:

Born and raised in Northland, Murray is committed to achieving best outcomes for family, business and community relations. Borne out by huge numbers of sterling testimonies, it is fair to say that he carries a great reputation as one of the leading estate agents in the city. Having now moved to join the team at Ray White Tutukaka Coast, Murray and wife Leah make a formidable team focused on executing property sales at a maximum return for the owner.

Murray devotes a very big part of his life to real estate sales. After 15 years working for Ray White Whangarei he is nothing short of expert at recognising the best path to the best result for his client. Often is the case that homeowners watch a sales process unfold reaching a better than expected result.

Community service is important to Murray. Along with many years coaching rugby, Murray spent over a decade as president of the Kamo Cricket Club. He was the foundation member of the Kamo Sports Charitable Trust Board and sat as chairman for some years, working hard toward the establishment of a new cricket and tennis club room and playing/practice facilities. Murray also sat as the chairman of St John for some years, providing a platform for the delivery of St John services to Whangarei and Tutukaka.

In younger days he played representative sports in various codes as well as running marathons. Nowadays Murray enjoys time on the ocean with rod in hand when possible.

Murray and his wife Leah work together to provide a first rate service. Leah is the administration engine in the partnership. After a great number of years in crucial administration and support roles within large companies, most clients have their expectations exceeded by the level of communication and care that is provided during the sales process.
