Over 20 years ago Glenn Carpenter started selling Real Estate at the tender age of 25 and was the youngest salesperson on the North Shore at the time, almost growing alongside his local community. He was there to witness homes in the area break the new records of $200,000 then $300,000 and “oh my gosh it will never reach $400,000”. He made a name for himself in the first home buyer markets of Birkdale and Beach Haven and prided himself on being the “Go to Guy” for an ever increasing number of clients. He very quickly learnt that in this industry you need good people around you. Having worked in a multitude of offices for a number of companies over the years Glenn swore that his own business would have a culture of trust and support. A safe place where colleagues helped each other and there was only room for the best of ethics.

In 2012 Glenn and Bernice purchased the Ray White Beach Haven franchise and spent the next 5 years turning it into a market leader with market share as high as 45%. An expansion into the larger suburb of Glenfield seemed the natural choice for a business with a winning formula. 

In June 2018 Carpenter Realty Ltd. expanded once again, bringing on board Lauren Davies as Co-Owner/Sales Manager and opening their stunning new office at Verrans Corner. Lauren brings massive business acumen, extensive leadership skills and years of experience in the real estate industry.
