I am a people person that loves to help and see people achieve their realestate dreams and goals.  With a keen interest in all aspects of the housing industry, I started my career in Tauranga in the building industry selling new homes from plans, then moved on to obtain my license into real-estate as a Real Estate Salesperson in 2003.  I’ve combined Sales with Rentals over the last 31/2 years working together in both Sales and as a Property Manager, I have been managing Residential homes as well as Polytech Student Hostels and Boarding houses for students & working single/couples transitioning for study & work. I have also added Holiday Rentals Portfolio to my experience.
