Ben has been in real estate since 1991, and worked in Tauranga since 2004. He started his own business in 2012. Since then he's sold over 270 properties proving his worth as a negotiator.

Putting his extensive knowledge of local real estate and industry experience to work, Ben decided to start his own real estate business in Tauranga using a low commission fees principal. By using modern management techniques and cutting overheads the savings that are generated are given back to the vendor in the form of lower fees.

Starting his own business gave Ben that opportunity. Cutting out managers and offices meant that savings could be passed on to the vendors. Already this has proven to be very successful with vendors seeing the merit of paying less commission and still getting a full and complete real estate service.That is a saving definitely worth looking at. Ben studied real estate and gained his AREINZ in 1997. This qualified him for being a manager and owning his own real estate office. He managed several real estate offices since 1997 in Auckland and Tauranga, working both residential and rural properties. During all these years Ben has been known as a very hard-working agent with a high level of integrity, honesty and genuinely caring for his vendors and buyers alike.

Ben has a background as a teacher in Biology, Organics and Horticulture and he lives with his family on a lifestyle property here in the beautiful Tauranga region.This and his past rural real estate work has given him an extensive knowledge in marketing and selling all types of properties including lifestyle, horticultural and farming properties.
