Warwick has had a varied career path joining the bank when he first left school to gain commercial experience before moving into dairy, sheep and beef farming over the following years culminating in a stint in Australia as a farm consultant. He began a new career in real estate in 1986 in the inner city suburbs before moving to a lifestyle property some years later and focusing on selling in his local area.
Warwick's hard work and passion for conservation has resulted in his land in Coromandel becoming a recognised Kiwi sanctuary.
Now based in the Miranda, Warwick works with his wife, Annie focusing on rural and lifestyle property in the Franklin region.
