Being a proud born and bred Mid Cantabrian country lad I never thought buying, selling, investing, auctioneering property would become my passion but I guess stranger things have happened.

In 2008 I attended the REINZ auctioneers course so am now a qualified auctioneer (please call me if you have a charity auction). I went to the 2009 Auction champs in Auckland last year and finished runner up in the novice section.

Since leaving school I have had some wonderful life experiences from working in the freezing works, hotels, shearing sheds, transport yards, cool stores, rugby development offer and currently work as a radio commentator for Radio Sport/Newstalk ZB at all the rugby games at the AMI Stadium, so i can relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.

After getting married in 2001 and having an extended honeymoon playing rugby in Scotland and England, Sally and I have well and truly settled back into Mid Canterbury and are taking great pleasure in bringing up our 4 children, Jackson, Jonty, Eleanor and Gretchen.
