"Ten months ago I commented that Rentlink had a good website that was easy to navigate - all true.
Since then I have had the privilege of being a tenant with Rentlink. As a tenant, I have been very lucky to have this team of wonderfully professional and courteous women represent the landlord for the property being rented, and provide me with advice and support when requested. The timeliness of their responses, their compassion and empathy when personal matters arose for me, their excellent customer service ethic and dedication to being excellent representative/agents for landlords is second to none.
I believe it is important for anyone wanting to engage their services as Property Managers to know that they treat the tenants in an appropriate and acceptable manner at all times while acting for and on behalf of the landlord. Respect is earned, and this team has certainly done that.
One example of a positive consumer experience from Rentlink is receiving a weekly Receipt acknowledging that my rent has been received by them. That small piece of paper noting the monies have been paid is an acknowledgment that Rentlink understands the importance of good communication and business practices and allows the tenant to breathe easy, knowing the rent is paid for another week."
