Signature Homes has been creating dream homes across South and East Auckland since 1983. The owners of Signature Homes Botany & Manukau, Allan & Jennie Moore, are highly experienced in the building industry and have a proven track record of creating beautiful and functional homes.

Allan brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience as a Licensed Building Practitioner. "No matter how big or small the job, Signature Homes build homes that people can be proud of - well built, well designed houses that will truly stand the test of time" he says. With a long history in the building industry, Allan believes strongly in offering a quality, personalised service to allow clients to express their own tastes and individuality.

Allan began building in 1998 when he first moved to Auckland, and since then he has worked on a wide range of challenging projects, covering everything from holiday homes to large clifftop houses for well-known architects. Prior to working in the Auckland housing industry, Allan was a registered electrician in Palmerston North, so he knows the building industry inside and out and has assembled an impressive database of relevant tradespeople and consultants.

To ensure a smooth ride, Allan and Jennie's team includes New Home Consultants to guide you through the initial stages of building, as well as dedicated quantity surveying, architectural designer and construction management experts.
