Alison Rudd ensures the ‘real’ stays in all her real estate dealings, her down to earth personality endearing her to clients who find her refreshingly open, honest, genuine and easy to relate to.

Alison has found her ideal lifestyle on two hectares south of Katikati, with her partner Paul, their dog and two horses. She was so impressed with New Zealand during her back packing the world years, that she persuaded Paul to move out here twelve years ago from Cheshire in England, heading to Christchurch first. When they were shaken out, the Bay of Plenty seemed the obvious choice. “We’ve thoroughly embraced the warmth of the climate and the people” she says.
Alison’s 20 years in sales and marketing (she’s also a qualified vet nurse), has served her well in real estate. She honed her skills and absorbed for two years as a real estate administrator, before commencing selling in early 2016. She’s never looked back, becoming a member of the 100 Club in her first year and consistently achieving stellar results since.
Through hard work and a real desire to please, Alison has proven she knows how to generate successful outcomes for clients selling and purchasing residential and lifestyle properties. She has developed a wealth of knowledge of the market and appreciates the many differences between the Kiwi process and the UK one, which makes her very aware in assisting clients moving from overseas. “It is also great to share my love for this community and encourage others to join it”.
Alison prides herself on her integrity, enthusiasm and eye for detail. “I aim to ensure every client’s experience with me is one they will be happy to repeat and to recommend to others”.
