We live and work in our community - Kāpiti is a place we are so proud to call home. This local-first approach is an important part of our philosophy. Our children attend local schools, and we support local charities, (currently donating a portion of our fees to Kāpiti Community Patrol for the purchase of a defibrillator). It also means we have an in-depth, and always current, understanding of the market around us.
