Lauren is a Senior Property Manager at The Rent House and manages a portfolio of residential properties and apartments in the East and South Auckland areas.

Lauren is passionate about Property Management with over 14 years experience in the industry and having been an investment property owner herself, she has the insight into knowing exactly what her clients require.

It is Lauren's goal to ensure clients receive a premium service which she offers through our "Service Guarantee" and also to be committed to achieving the best results in managing one of the biggest assets her clients own.

Over the past 14 years she has worked in all areas of real estate, starting out as an administrator and then moving into sales. Her heart was in property management and early on she decided to join the property management team and has worked her way up to the position she is in today.

Lauren strongly believes that residential property management is not just about looking after tenants or collecting rent but is about having your property, whether it a family home or part of an investment portfolio, managed by a qualified, professional property manager in order to obtain the best return possible.
