Topp Realtors of Bishopdale is owned by Gavin Topp. Topp Realtors was originally Dunbar Topp being founded by the late Les Dunbar & Gavin Topp. The name has changed but the commitment & service carry on. The Topp team services the North West of the city in addition to its huge client base across the province.

The Topp team is a blend of mature, active real estate professionals well qualified in all aspects of selling, marketing and promoting a wide range of properties and land.

In the past decade Harveys has pioneered both the auction selling process and colour display advertising in New Zealand - both are now used extensively by New Zealand real estate agents.

In 2003, Gavin wished to align Topp Realtors with a National Brand to give Topp clients a broader catchment area of buyers and once meeting the Management of Harveys NZ Ltd, the decision was easy. The marriage has proven to a most happy and prosperous one and is now being further enhanced with the benefits that have come through the merging of Harveys (NZ) & LJ Hooker Australasia.
