Ruth has been in the Hawkes Bay property management industry for many years. Firstly managing large portfolio’s of properties and then progressing on to managing the business and the team. She brought her first rental property when she was 23 and has been hooked ever since. Ruth is dedicated to providing excellent service and aims to exceed her client’s expectations. She is thorough and reliable and attends to matters promptly and efficiently ensuring the process is stress free for both the tenants and the landlords.

Ruth, Charlie and their two children have put down roots in Hawkes Bay after travelling and working overseas and in the Chatham Islands. With a shared passion for property they have undertaken successful small and large renovation projects on houses while juggling the arrival of their two kids in quick succession. In their spare time they enjoy living and working on their Avocado orchard in Napier.
