Mark is excited to be embarking on a new season in real estate having joined the Bayley’s team in Orewa. With over 18 years in the business and over $400m in sales there is no substitute for genuine experience!

Mark’s background in law, working as a commercial solicitor, has enabled him to bring another level of professionalism to the sales process. His fresh, clear thinking and calm approach inspires confidence and his enthusiasm, diligence and integrity have seen him enjoy a growing referral client base.

Mark works with his delightful and incredibly capable wife Emma. Daughter of one of the founders of a bespoke real estate business, Emma has real estate in her blood. Prior to having children, Emma worked as the office manager in a real estate office for 9 years. During this time Emma also completed in degree in business and marketing. As a fully qualified salesperson, Emma assists Mark in providing exceptional service to clients. Mark and Emma’s synergy and complementary skills make them a formidable team committed to providing the best possible real estate experience.

Although Mark and Emma’s real estate career has primarily been based in the Eastern Bays and Central Auckland, they have been selling on the Coast now for the past 4 years since making the move north at the beginning of 2021. Mark and Emma have a strong family connection with Whangaparaoa and the Hibiscus Coast and see the potential of this fast growing and fabulous community. They have fully embraced the lifestyle on the Coast and are actively involved in the Manly Sailing Club. They reside in Manly with their two teenage children.
