Theo Thrasy & Sam Cho - Wallace & Stratton Real Estate
Being the third generation of a family that has worked in real estate has made Theo even more determined to succeed and carry on the family traditions.
After first obtaining his NZ Real Estate Sales certificate in 2007 he spent time working for a local property investment brokerage giving Theo a wide and varied knowledge of the market and an even bigger appetite to be part of it. At the age of 20, he became a shareholder in a small property investment company where he was involved in all aspects of buying and selling property all over Auckland and beyond.
Theo’s energy and professionalism is clearly evident in his work where creativity and attention to detail shine through. As part of team THEO&CHO he is able to provide a service that is second to none, which is why their motto has become Obsessive Compulsive Selling.
Sam was first introduced to the real estate industry after completing his Bachelor of Business degree. He joined the leading real estate office in one of New Zealand’s most sophisticated marketplaces, Ponsonby. Sam’s primary role was to ensure clients had access to the most up to date market information and they were communicated with effectively.
A year into the role, Sam was offered a position to work with one of the most prolific and sought after agents in the area. Working in this new role he was able to craft and hone his selling skills and match it with outstanding customer service. In the first year, Sam sold in excess of $15 million worth of real estate. The most notable sale to date is a $4.35 million dollar home in Ponsonby, which set and is still the current record price.
Sam’s primary goal is not only to get you sold for the best price possible but to also make the selling experience one that is positive and an enjoyable process.
