Bob emigrated from the UK 19 years ago and started his Real Estate career on the Kapiti Coast before moving to the Rangitikei. He spent 15 years in Real Estate managing offices in Levin, Marton & Wanganui. Bob attained the National Diploma in Real Estate and became an associate of the Real Estate Institute in 2005.

Bob has more than doubled the rental portfolio in Feilding for Watsons as this has been done by showing professionalism to both owners and tenants and obtaining an excellent relationship with all clients. Bob is also a Business Development Manager helping to drive the business forward in the Manawatu and the Rangitkei. In his personal life he is President of Wanganui Gundog Society and Treasurer of Hawkes Bay Terrier Club.
