By the time he was 26 he had worked as a Property Manager, Sales Manager, qualified as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute, and had become a Share Holder Director of his first company. With over 35 years experience in the retail sector managing world class stores for Asda*Walmart, Bunnings, Farmers to name a few, I have led teams of up to 800 people.

Marie Austin

Raised in the Eastern Bay, Marie joined XRealty in 2013 as our rental departments’ administrative assistant before becoming our sales support administrator. Marie has since obtained her Real Estate Salesperson’s Licence and has moved to our buyer specialist role. Her responsibilities include showing potential purchasers through our listed properties and conducting open homes. Marie takes pride in her attention to detail and enjoys the different challenges that the job provides.
