Arguably the Eastern Bays most experienced Real Estate operator, Earl entered Sales at the age of 21 in 1985. By the time he was 26 he had worked as a Property Manager, Sales Manager, qualified as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute, and had become a Share Holder Director of his first company. Winning many industry awards for his company’s performance he also has the distinction of having won 2 AAA Business
Awards firstly in the Large Business Category with his first company and then the Emerging Business Award with XRealty. Earls’ years of experience both at the coal face and training and assisting his sales staff in the art of sales and negotiation means he is well equipped to manage the sales process on behalf of all XRealty clients.
After joining Earls first company in 2000 Pat rapidly become the Eastern Bays’ leading Property Manager. Much of her role was sales related involving appraising and letting rental properties on behalf of the team. Since becoming a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, her primary role in the company is as our Vendor Specialist, which involves providing the initial Sales Appraisal and guiding the clients through the listing
and sales process. Pats’ goal is to provide XRealty clients with the best possible service, using her empathetic nature and engaging personality to build rapport with a wide range of people. She holds herself to an exceptionally high standard, making communication with her vendors and buyers and customer service an absolute priority.
Sarah began her Real Estate career in 2014 as a Property Manager and has since become a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Sarah enjoys the challenge that Real Estate provides and loves that no two days are the same. She has great empathy with both vendors and purchasers and prides herself on her communication skills. Sarah’s role in the company is as our Operations Manager and Buyer Specialist. Her responsibilities include assisting Earl in managing office responsibilities and company growth, along with showing potential purchasers through our listed properties and negotiating for the Vendor to achieve the best possible result for the sale of their property.
