Steve’s career before real estate was as a Human Resources Executive, reporting to Chief Executives, and leading union contract negotiations and large organisational and people changes. Steve brings significant professional strength and experience in negotiations and working with people for change and in managing conflict positively. Steve leads the 'Negotiations' for clients.
