In 2006, Marty was the youngest at the time to be awarded full Associate status with the REINZ. He holds tertiary qualifications in Real Estate, Agriculture and Business Studies giving him extensive knowledge in the day-to-day processes of real estate sales and marketing. Marty also has knowledge of land development and construction management. This knowledge translates to much more than just the ability to put up a For Sale sign and sell a property. Having an agent who understands the construction of a home, property law and contract law, as well as other relevant legislation can be invaluable.
