His journey into real estate began at an early age, growing up with a father who is an experienced property investor. Countless auctions, investment conversations, and property inspections gave Finn an early education in the opportunities and challenges of the market, long before he officially stepped into the industry.

Finn initially joined Apartment Specialists for work experience, but quickly realised real estate was a natural fit, not just a career option. After purchasing his own rental property, which he now rents out, he gained first-hand insight into both the buyer and investor perspectives. This personal involvement, combined with mentorship under the Apartment Specialists team, has given him a practical, on-the-ground understanding of the Auckland apartment market.

With an extensive background in hospitality, Finn honed strong communication skills and a genuine focus on customer service. He brings this same ethos into real estate: being proactive, supportive, and making sure clients feel educated and empowered every step of the way.
