After graduating from the university with Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and Graduate Diploma of Recreation Management, I worked for 14 months on Cruise ships as a Tour Guide and boat host in Milford Sound, New Zealand. Customer satisfaction has always been my top priority and my customers have expressed very high satisfaction with the level of service I’ve provided. I pride myself on being hard-working, highly motivated and enthusiastic! Working and living with colleagues from all over the world has brought me vast experience of working with people from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

I joined real estate with L J Hooker Wellington Central in 2005. After achieving No.2 in the office and ‘Rookie of the Year’ in 2006, I decided to challenge myself. I joined Guardian First National in March 2007, since then I have won 25 awards, including 1 Emerald Award 2014-2015; 3 Sapphire Achiever Awards 2007-2008, 2008-2009 and 2009-2010; 4 Ruby Achiever Awards 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014. ‘Rookie of the Year’ by Guardian First National in 2008; Top 20 Sales Consultant of First National New Zealand – Region 3 2008-2009 and 13 Chairmen’s Awards. Again, after achieving No.2 in Guardian Johnsonville office, I challenged myself to join Leaders in 2015. First year in Leaders, I won Leaders Gold Club Award in 2015-2016; then continue with Leaders Gold Club Award in 2016-2017.

My experience and cultural background has brought me great advantage in dealing with non-local clients, especially non-English spoken Chinese. This ability ensures my vendors get the maximum exposure for their properties. Integrity and Honesty are my principles; I believe that my clients and I are friends. I treat them like I treat my friends hence we become friends.
