Over 16 years in professional risk management across Scotland and New Zealand, working on large-scale projects that shaped how people move, live and connect.

This experience sharpened my ability to assess risk, think commercially and remain steady under pressure - all valuable qualities when guiding clients through high-stakes decisions. I’m confident working with multiple parties, managing complex situations and delivering to a consistently high standard. And while moving into real estate has been a change for me, it’s a natural next step - from shaping the spaces we live in, to helping people find their place within them.

Notably I’ve built, bought, renovated and rented multiple properties myself, so I also understand the process from a client’s perspective, and can offer advice that’s grounded, relevant and of value. Most of all, I bring a measured approach, sound judgement, great communication skills and a focus on doing things properly - for every client, every time.

I’ve lived and worked across New Zealand and internationally - including Dunedin, Queenstown, Christchurch, Auckland, Sydney and Edinburgh. I now live in Tauranga with my family.
