I bought my first home in Amy Street Ellerslie in 1988 it was a huge project but very rewarding to see it today.I came into real estate in 1995 with a passion to help older people in our community to achieve a positive outcome. The reason I have such a passion, in 1994 my dad sold our family home I grew up by a private sale that didn't involve an agent. A beautiful Villa in Wanganui Avenue Herne Bay for $294,000. He truly undersold it. He wasn't a negotiator or marketer, but an 82-year-old put under pressure by savy a purchaser to accept their offer.
