Courtney is the youngest of Val and Paul's four children. As a family they have lived in the Howick area for over 30 years, where she attended local schools including Mellons Bay Primary, BBI and Macleans College, then went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing Management Major), a Dip Bus and Dip Management. Over five years ago Courtney made the decision to join Val as a business team and bring her exemplary marketing skills to a role that helps them stand out from the crowd. Marketing is not her only forte; she has close affiliations with customers and clients and is very much a go-to person in their team. Courtney also manages complex databases which form a large part of their business communication system.

Val's experience spans across a very strong management and accounting background, resulting in her being well equipped to deal with all aspects of real estate. Val has been a corporate accountant, property developer, practice manager of Eastcare A&M and general manager of two real estate offices. Add to this her involvement in managing a commercial building project; she has diverse skills with a practical approach to real estate and understands that real estate is a people business. She also has the unique educational background of a MBA, Bachelor of Business (accounting and management joint major), Dip Bus, Dip Management and is a qualified real estate branch manager.
