I’m Richard, a residential salesperson who’s lived in East Auckland for over eight years – first in Danemora and now in Bucklands Beach. My son attends school and plays soccer locally, keeping me actively involved in the community I’m proud to call home.

Before real estate, I successfully ran a business on TradeMe and operated a bilingual daycare in Shanghai. These experiences sharpened my skills in marketing, customer service, and business management. I also hold a Finance degree from the University of Auckland, giving me a solid foundation in property investment and financial decision-making. Alongside English, I speak both Mandarin and Shanghainese.

I’ve always had a passion for homes – not just buying and selling them, but understanding what makes them special. I enjoy exploring different architectural and interior styles and love connecting with people from all walks of life.

I also bring hands-on experience in property renovation and subdivision, giving me practical, real-world insight into every stage of the buying and selling process.
