The reasons I love real estate are two-fold. First you are constantly meeting new people and making new friends and second, if you work hard it pays off both personally and professionally. A bonus is the satisfaction in finding a dream home for my clients.

I have been living in West Auckland for over 10 years and I love the local community. Being fluent in English and Mandarin makes it easy to mix with the many diverse cultures.

Various positions in sales, retail and the administrative sector, honed my business and communication skills and made me very aware of what excellent customer service can achieve. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science and this has given me a sound knowledge of technology which I leverage well and incorporate into my marketing plans. This provides a great balance between old and new communication techniques ensuring that my client's properties are exposed to the widest possible network of potential buyers.
