Testimonials

Michelle

"I had the pleasure of meeting Warren and Philip Bexley late last year. Warren and Philip marketed and sold my Aunt’s home in Bodi Place, Te Atatu. They were friendly, professional, kept us up to date with everything and had great suggestions for preparing her home ready for selling. Warren and Philip went out of there way to help me and my Aunt’s close friends thus making the move less stressful. Would recommend Warren and Philip to sell any home. NB the home sold in one week. Well done."

"Today we are one month since settlement on our new, forever home. Philip and Warren were amazing to deal with. As soon as we spoke with Philip to organise a time to view the house his communication was great and he was extremely accommodating on a time and day. What we really loved about dealing with them was how genuine they were. After seven months of searching for a home and getting false hope from agents, Philip and Warren came across as if they genuinely wanted the best for both parties and didn’t want to mess anyone around. They work together great as a team as one of them were always available to meet, or answer any questions. Thank you so much for helping us find our home. You made the process run so smoothly."
