Driving around Auckland, it becomes very clear that Barfoot & Thompson is the real estate company of choice. The current market share for the company of 40% in the Auckland and Northland regions means that one in three houses in Auckland is sold by Barfoot & Thompson. That is very good odds for my clients.

I graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2010 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Management. For more than eight years I was a training coordinator with China Eastern Airlines. The main purpose of my job was to provide training for pilots. It was a very detail-oriented role that required building strong and trusted relationships with pilots and also great attention to detail.

I relate to my real estate clients in the same way. Understanding my clients’ goals comes first. I then devise a plan to achieve those goals. At each point of the journey, I communicate every detail so they understand exactly where they are in the process.

Property in Golflands, Manukau City is where I focus my attention. It is an eastern suburb of Auckland, and as you might have guessed, the Pakuranga Golf Club is part of the suburb and many of the streets have names related to golf or notable golf players, such as Bob Charles Drive.

The cultural diversity in the area makes it an interesting and exciting place to live and work.

Me, my wife and my son make up our family of three. We’re a cat-loving family especially my son. I like dogs and I’m hoping the rest of the family will like them as much as I do, soon!
