I joined the real estate industry as a salesperson in 2006. Being authentic and honest comes naturally to me, and I’ve found that this, together with my excellent communication skills, has helped me build long-lasting relationships with my clients over the years. I am respectful of everyone I meet and take the time to determine peoples’ needs before launching into a plan of action that helps them effectively realise their dreams.

Prior to selling, I’d worked in property management and accounting roles. It was a good introduction to the industry and it provided me with exceptional communication and negotiating skills, as well as the ability to offer specialist knowledge on investment properties.

Being an East Auckland local with 15 years’ selling experience in the area, I keep up-to-date with current market trends and I tune in to the great community vibe! People love the beaches and it’s an area that’s popular with immigrants too - being able to speak fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese, I am well equipped to serve their needs.

I know how to provide my clients with a sound sales campaign for their property and I also know how to avoid potential risks. Keeping up with the current market and always providing knowledge, experience, and excellence in everything I do, has helped me be the success I am today.
