In the 2109/2020 year, I achieved #1 market share for Howick within Barfoot & Thompson which has over 1,500 salespeople! I rise daily at 5:00 a.m. and put my energy and passion into being the best real estate professional that I can be.

I am a big believer in the "law of attraction". Every morning, I tell myself, that today, “I will be the best seller ever in the history of Howick”. I think imagination is everything and it is the preview of life's coming attractions. Results have spoken louder than words and my outstanding track record proves that I am a person who uses actions to back up his words.

I grew up in China and as a child, learned to always work hard, pay meticulous attention to detail and to communicate clearly and consistently. My clients often comment on my excellent communication skills, informing them of any updates and how I work tirelessly to achieve the desired result.
