Just ask for Big Dave, at Barfoot & Thompson Manukau.

Barfoot & Thompson stands out as my top choice due to its market dominance in Auckland and its unmistakable brand. The wealth of resources and the opportunity to collaborate with experienced sales professionals are key factors that I believe will contribute significantly to my growth.

Currently stationed at the Manukau branch of Barfoot & Thompson, what draws me to this location is that it's my hometown and have been in South Auckland all my life.

The diverse cultural mix of the community resonates with me, as the people here share similarities in life experiences.

On a personal note, I've been happily married for 15 years and am a proud father of 3.

For those looking to buy or sell, I am committed to delivering outstanding customer service. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people, and if there's any way I can be of assistance, please feel free to give me a call.

I was attracted to real estate because of the opportunity to not only meet new people, but to help and give service to those who are undertaking a big life decision, whether it be buying or selling property.

Prior to real estate, I had great success in sales, account management and customer service roles. I have a bit of a knack when it comes to problem solving, and I take great pleasure at making the buying or selling process easier for my clients.

Barfoot & Thompson was my company of choice for their dominance of the Auckland market and their instantly recognisable brand. IT support for salespeople, Marketing and Sponsorship resources available and a top-rate Training Department set the stage for success. Also, the chance to work alongside experienced salespeople from the many offices was really appealing to me.

I chose to work specifically at the Manukau Branch, as South Auckland is the place I call home. It's also a melting pot of different cultures - the people around here look like me, talk like me and have gone through similar life experiences.

On a personal level, I've been married for 10+ years to my beautiful wife Anna and together we have three children. For the past 12 years, I’ve lived in Papatoetoe (must be time to move on and explore another part of Auckland) and I am of Samoan descent.

For those looking for assistance when buying or selling property in South Auckland, do give me a call. I know I have the skills to make any transaction a great customer experience for you... Just ask for Big Dave, at Barfoot & Thompson Manukau!

"After 30 years I was finally selling my house, which of course is recognized as one of the top ten stresses in life! From the marketing discussions to the actual marketing for auction, everything went smoothly. Dave went above and beyond what was asked of him – the Council had omitted to sign off the CCC report and on discovery he immediately volunteered to go and sort it out – which he did. He constantly kept in touch with the feedback from the advertising and the Open Homes, was always on hand to provide answers to questions – was able to add ideas or take on board my own ideas and had a great knowledge of the local market. I loved that he added a neighbourhood special viewing to our itinerary – and provided food and drinks! After my very successful sale which sold on the day as planned, lockdown kicked in so that I was not able to move out on time. Dave was concerned and kept in touch plus offered to help on moving in day. My own credentials are that I was in Real Estate for 27 years and although I had all this experience, it was different being on the other side of the fence. Dave was able to eliminate the stress – make the process fun and exciting, and was just a great guy to work with. Obviously with being in the industry for so long I had high standards and he came up to and exceeded expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending him to future vendors and purchasers and wish him all the best in his career. Thank you Big Dave - in all respects, Big of heart, Big on professionalism, Big on willingness to go the extra mile and most importantly, Big on enthusiasm – which never waned throughout."
