My principal philosophy in real estate is simple: Being open to people and their real estate needs. The right attitude has earned me a good number of loyal customers in the real estate profession over the last five years.

People skills gained from my previous career as a school teacher and an education consultant have been put to good use. My ability to speak multiple languages makes communication much easier in multiple culture contexts.

I have sound local knowledge as I have lived and worked in the eastern and southern Manukau suburbs since 2006. Apart from servicing ordinary families, I have extensive experience working with builders and developers in the wider, new, Flat Bush area.

I am supported by a strong team, Barfoot & Thompson, a non-franchised company. All listings are put in a computerized system, shared by more than 1,700 salespersons who can potentially bring buyers to the properties. This sharing system is one of the reasons why the company has the biggest market share in Auckland.
