I consider being involved in their important life-changing decisions a privilege. I am good at building lasting relationships with buyers and vendors. Discovering what they want and finding a way to achieve it is the most important part of my job.

I gained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Jilin University in China where I was born and raised. Then, after arriving in New Zealand in 2001, I completed a Master’s degree in Management from Massey University.

One of my first jobs here in New Zealand was with Air New Zealand’s ground staff. I then took up the role of a Quarantine Inspector. Protecting our beautiful country was an important job, and I loved it.

Auckland is a beautiful city – great people and beautiful parks and beaches to enjoy. I live in Sandringham, and my involvement in the community in various organisations keeps me in tune. I’m a Justice of the Peace and a marriage celebrant, and I am a well-known Chinese community leader. And I regularly appear on local Chinese radio and TV. I’ve also volunteered for Victim Support, helping people directly affected by crime.

As well as English, I speak fluent Mandarin, and I have a good understanding of Japanese.

I am very approachable and service-driven. The leadership and negotiation skills I learned from my previous jobs will help me succeed in the real estate industry.

My guiding mantra is to always give 100% in all I do.
