I have had over 13 great years in the real estate industry. I live here. The toolbox of skills I possess has been hard earned. I will not say I know everything there is to know about real estate, to do so would be complacent and that, I am not. I will say, I do know a lot about this industry.
The result of my experience is that I know my way around. You will not find me checking Google maps to make an appointment. I know the streets of 'The Bays' as well as I know my way around an auction room; or how to develop and implement an effective marketing plan, how to complete an accurate property appraisal. I have learned how to be ambitious for my clients.
I understand that each of my clients is unique. For my part I find the involved process of selling a house exciting and energising. Yet I know for some people, the prospect of selling a house is daunting and at times, stressful. I enjoy the chance to discover what works best for each client, and endeavor to get them the result they want in the way they want.
My experience has taught me that a strong relationship between the agent and the client is often a prerequisite to an optimal sale. You can expect me to start out on day one by extending you my full trust, respect and to act with transparency. I will work from the get go to earn your partnership and confidence.
It is a source of both pride and confidence to me, as an agent, that I have all the reach, resources and connections of Auckland's biggest real estate firm behind me. That is an enormous and real advantage to my clients and me. Though I realise too, my clients want and deserve a personalised service.
