I love the Franklin region. I’ve lived here for over 30 years now and I still live on a 6-hectare lifestyle block in Waiau Pa today.

Living and working in this region is very special to me. I have been involved in the equestrian/sport horse industry for many years as one of the country’s leading eventing competitors and have first-hand knowledge of the benefits and complexities of owning and selling rural / lifestyle property. My background has been one where trust is paramount. I served many years with the police both here in New Zealand and with the Cheshire Police in the UK and with the NZ Fire Service (now known as FENZ). I went on to start my own very successful security company with multiple employees, which I later sold as a profitable going concern.

As the lead of an elite boutique company, designing, marketing and installing complex, high-end security, access-control and CCTV systems to large companies and luxury residential properties, I became very adept at the sales process.

My background and intimate understanding of sales and the benefit of strong life experience has given me a distinct business advantage with proven success in real estate.
